Monitoring and Control Assistant

• To monitor daily sales and daily remittance of stations.

• Process of station purchase order (Fuel and Lubes transaction)

• Daily Report of sales and margin remittance

• Monitor of inventory stock status (Gain/Loss)

• Monitoring of Station Account Receivable and follow up collection

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports

QUALIFICATION

• Open for fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• With experience in handling multiple stations is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good Communication and coordination skills
