Primary responsibilities include providing high-quality financial advice and services to meet the needs of new and existing members, engaging members at first point of contact, identifying financial needs, promoting personal banking solutions, and growing member portfolio.

Graveley and Edmonds branches, Vancouver and Burnaby, BC. Available to work at both locations with minimal advance notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Emulate Beem Credit Union philosophy of finding practical solutions in Plan, Save, Borrow, and Protect quadrants.
• Proactively engage members, actively listening to their needs and finding solutions that anchor the relationship.
• Develop, build, and maintain full member relationships by providing optimum service.
• Educate and transition members to appropriate alternate delivery channels.
