Momentum Client Success Specialist

Role Summary

The Momentum Client Success Specialist owns and builds the end-to-end client success function for Momentum as Wealth Creators Live scales the program into a second revenue engine alongside Inner Circle. This role is not a coordinator seat; it is a lead-and-build role that keeps the delivery side of Momentum moving in step with sales and marketing growth.

This person owns Momentum from start to finish: mentee progress tracking, engagement monitoring, post‑onboarding follow‑through, disengaged member outreach, community operations, coach coordination, roadmap visibility, and retention‑risk escalation.

The role also provides secondary operational coverage for Inner Circle progress tracking, so Amy can stay focused on leading the delivery team, handling significant mentee concerns, representing delivery in leadership L10, and driving systems projects instead of being pulled into day‑to‑day tracking and admin.
