Your role will include ensuring quality standards are met, leading production initiatives, and developing efficient manufacturing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with Lean Manufacturing knowledge being a strong asset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a safe working environment. Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma and Injection Molding Certification.
