Molding Process Lead — Global Projects & Innovation

Link-Worldwide is looking for an experienced Manufacturing/Molding Engineer to join their team in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. In this role, you will lead RTD projects and employ your engineering expertise to create innovative solutions within the Molding Community.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Engineering, have project management skills, and demonstrate a strong background in molding processes, with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in English and the ability to travel internationally are also necessary.
