Molex is seeking a Molding Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives through mold sourcing, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new molding solutions meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives while supporting profitable growth. You will also drive optimization efforts for existing molds and molding processes to improve operational performance and manufacturing efficiency.Our Team
Our team supports manufacturing processes and product development activities across Molex Guadalajara operations. We work closely with global design teams, operations, quality, tooling suppliers, and product development partners to deliver innovative and reliable molding solutions that support successful product launches and ongoing manufacturing excellence.What You Will Do
