Molding & Automation Engineer II

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II, Mfg to develop, optimize, validate, and sustain molding, extrusion, and automation manufacturing processes within a regulated environment. You will lead continuous improvement, support product transfers, and ensure successful implementation of highly automated equipment and systems.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, and English proficiency (B2 desirable).
