Molding And Tooling Process Engineer (Reynosa)

Position Profile

• Manage the design, construction, development, and implementation of injection molds and tooling required to support the development of new products and existing products.
• Manage the design, construction, development, and implementation into the manufacturing plant of secondary equipment such as sonic welders, heat stake machines, clip machines, and end‑of‑arm tooling.
• Manage the design, construction, development, and buy‑off of check fixture gauges; update standard tooling specifications as required for use in all tool builds.
• Evaluate mold flow analysis and perform manufacturing feasibility studies and design reviews as necessary.
• Provide support and direction to tooling vendors and molding suppliers.
• Identify improvement opportunities for tooling and process.
