Molding And Tooling Process Engineer

**POSITION PROFILE**:- Manage the design, construction, development and implementation of injection molds and tooling required to support the development of new products and existing products.
- Manage the design, construction, development and implementation into the manufacturing plant of secondary equipment such as sonic welders, heat stake machines, clip machines and end of arm tooling (etc.)- Manage the design, construction, development and buyoff of check fixture gauges Update standard tooling specification(s) as required for use in all tool builds- Evaluate mold flow analysis and perform manufacturing feasibility studies and design reviews as necessary- Provide support and direction to tooling vendors and molding suppliers- Identify improvement opportunities for tooling and process**REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES**:- Global strategic thinking and implementation- Continuous Improvement- Oral and written communication with impact- Manage/contribute to multiple dynamic priorities...
