- Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure optimal product performance.
- Conduct testing and analysis to improve molding techniques.
- Document and maintain technical records and specifications.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff in molding practices.
Qualifications
- Vocational Graduate or High School Graduate.
- With a minimum of 3 years working experience as mold setter and technician.
- Can handle Injection Molding Machine and peripheral equipment.
- Can troubleshoot all kind of parts defect of Injection molding.
- Can make any suggestion and conduct improvement activity.
- Have the ability to conduct analysis.
- Have good communication skills and improve teamwork.
