Job Responsibilities Develop and optimize production processes for TV modules and prepare operational guidelines. Monitor module production yield improvement, analyze and resolve process and quality anomalies during production. Participate in trial production for new module introductions, validate process feasibility, and propose improvement plans. Collaborate with production departments to optimize production line layouts and enhance production efficiency. Qualifications College degree or higher, preferably in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in TV module process engineering or production technology, with familiarity in module structure and manufacturing workflows. Proficient in CAD and other drafting software, possessing foundational data analysis skills.
