Model Based Development

**Responsibilities**:
- Design system concept and perform FMEA on Engines Controls and On-Board Diagnostics requirements.
- Develop Controls Software using MATLAB and Simulink, perform code generation using RTWEC, integrate component features into Software builds.
- Perform Simulation testing, Bench testing and Vehicle testing (on need basis) for newly added feature to verify the system behavior and performance as per requirements.
- Update the Requirements document, calibration tuning guide and OBD certification document for different Aftertreatment features as per requirement.
- Participate in the review forum to review the design concept, software implementation, test results and the documents.
- Co-ordinate the work between the Onsite and Offshore team and provide technical support.
- Investigate and analyze complex controls issues occurring in the Test cell environment and provide solutions.
