Opportunity
The Mobility Assistant (MA) will work with the Mobility Consultant (MC) to coordinate end‑to‑end international mobility assignments into and out of the assigned region(s). Working together with the MC, following the agreed scope of service, the MA will ensure assignees and the business have a consistent and exceptional assignment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process support
- Work with the MC to support the preparation of phases of inbound and outbound assignments (pre‑assignment, on‑assignment, extension, end of assignment, post‑assignment).
- Assist with preparation, amendment and finalisation of cost estimates.
- Prepare Global Assignments Letters, local contracts where applicable and country‑specific addendums.
