The Mobility Assignment Services Specialist supports the delivery of international assignments by coordinating key activities across the assignment lifecycle. This includes ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the assignee experience, and contributing to efficient operations.

The Specialist works closely with stakeholders to apply Mobility policies, maintain accurate data in the GMT system, and support the coordination of services between Talent, Finance, and other CBS functions. They also assist in monitoring vendor performance and escalating issues when needed.

• Management of inbound and outbound assignments, including pre‑assignment, on‑assignment, repatriation, and post‑assignment activities.
