THE ROLE
You will be responsible for driving mobilisation requirements across a variety of projects to ensure the efficient allocation and coordination of skilled labour.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of site personnel across projects and shutdowns
- Manage client-specific onboarding, compliance, and induction requirements
- Coordinate and track medicals including D&A testing, silica, lead, and other site-specific requirements
- Maintain and update training, tickets, and qualifications in line with project requirements
