About The Role

CBRE is looking for a proactive and skilled Mobile Technician to support our client locations in Winnipeg, MB. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping client locations safe, functional, and customer‑ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
