Within the Urban Health and Homelessness Services team, you'll work directly with clients in various shelters, respites, and warming centers in the GTA. By applying your skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and community engagement, you will help clients navigate their challenges while emphasizing a trauma-informed approach.
