Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of compact construction equipment
- Ensure high-quality fleet readiness and technical reliability
- Diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Interpret complex technical manuals to perform accurate repairs
- Address client inquiries and complaints with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Oversee the safe transport of equipment, including proper load securement and tie‑down procedures
- Maintain Tool Rental Centre (TRC) Large Equipment (LE) parking lot standards
- Communicate clearly, both verbal and written, partnering with store TRC associates and customers
- Respond to customer service calls by facilitating repair, and arriving on-site within 24 hours
