Role Details:
This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll be out on the road servicing and maintaining Visy’s Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), keeping them running reliably and efficiently.
Working closely with internal teams and customers, you’ll take ownership of preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs - with a strong focus on minimising downtime and getting it right the first time.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing
• Diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns, damage and wear
• Deliver high-quality, first-time fixes wherever possible
• Complete clear, accurate service reports (parts, faults, actions)
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability
• Support installs, upgrades and commissioning activities
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
