Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
- Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de‑activation of mobile devices.
- Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees.
- Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training to new workers during the onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Post‑secondary education.
- IT Support experience or Desktop Administration experience.
