Mobile Crushing Operator (Plant Operator)

The Role:

Adbri Quarries is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Operator to join our Rockbank Quarry team in a permanent full-time role. This is a hands-on quarry and production role operating across mobile crushing plant equipment, loaders, excavators and articulated haul trucks within a close-knit and supportive team environment.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production of aggregates used across our operations throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile crushing plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate loaders, excavators and articulated haul trucks
• Feed and oversee crushing plant operations
• Load internal and external road trucks with aggregate products
• Conduct daily pre-starts and shutdown procedures
