You will be responsible for gathering critical data from stakeholders related to real estate values and ensuring that documentation meets high standards. Collaborating closely with the client engagement team, your work will be instrumental in developing profitable tax strategies for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with municipalities, brokers, and clients for data collection
• Regularly obtain client income/expense documents
• Assist in creating proposals and various reports
• Maintain collaborative relationships within the engagement team
