Join our dedicated team as a Building Operator at MNP Community & Sport Centre, focusing on facility maintenance and operations management. This role involves ensuring HVAC efficiency and excellent tenant service.
As part of the Facility Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to tenant requests, and facilitating general repairs. Your commitment to safety and operational excellence will directly contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors at the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HVAC maintenance tasks
• Timely resolution of tenant maintenance issues
• Conduct water treatment and testing
• Manage safety and security inspections
• Direct contractor oversight and on-site repairs
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer certification necessary
• Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of building management systems
• Preferred Pool Operator Level 1 certification
