Responsibilities
- Manage and lead day-to-day warehouse operation and ensure daily smooth operations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities for compliance and documentation of imports and exports.
- Manage shipment scheduling, tracking, and status updates, providing timely information to internal teams.
- Oversee invoice verification and cost allocation related to logistics activities.
- Monitor service providers’ performance to ensure adherence to defined KPIs.
- Support periodic inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Assist internal teams with logistics‑related queries and operational support.
