Overview

Location: Andalucía, Spain. Company: JR Spain, Client/Employer: Capitole Consulting. Position: MLOps (hybrid in Madrid).

Schedule: 1 day in office / 4 days remote, flexible hours, intensive Fridays and summer months.

Remuneration: flexible (Tickets Restaurante, Transporte, Guardería).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with squads in the department to manage deployments on GCP and Openshift on‑premise.
• Review and adapt services being moved to production to ensure compliance with established archetypes and standards.
• Create internal tools to facilitate development, such as logging and monitoring systems.
• Design archetypes and style guides for all departmental development.
• Adapt all established workflows and systems to new AI-driven market requirements.
• Develop software using Python, Flask, Gunicorn, Pydantic, REST APIs, design patterns, and concurrency.
