MIS & Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling maintenance / upgrades.
• Establish the network environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
• Secure network system by enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring its access.
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
• Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and tasks assigned.
• Provide remote support to internal clients on daily office IT supports to ensure smoothness in operations.
• Participate in yearly audit exercises and ensure requirements are adhered to all the times.
