Mining Technology Implementation Specialist-3

Overview

Reporting to the Technology Support Manager, the Technology SpecialistII will provide expertise and ongoing technical support to assist the support and operations teams and customers on the installation and operation of Caterpillar® Mining and Construction software and hardware technologies. The role involves mentoring coworkers, planning and scheduling implementation projects, and coordinating with Project Managers, Technology Technicians, and customers to deliver on timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management and Execution (45%) – Manage projects to develop customer requirements and processes, monitor data accuracy in MineStar® and Caterpillar systems, maintain proactive safety practices, and work with Operations/Maintenance teams.
