Mining Program Lead — Central America & ESG

Tether is seeking a Program Manager with a robust background in the mining industry to lead strategic initiatives in Central America. You will manage multiple mining projects and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the mining lifecycle, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Experience in Central America is a plus.
