Key Responsibilities
- Operate mini hydraulic excavator for digging, trenching, backfilling, and material handling
- Perform daily equipment inspection before and after operation
- Ensure proper and safe handling of machinery at all times
- Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and spotters
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
