Requirements (Over and above normal position compliance):
- The candidate must have relevant 5 years minimum underground mining experience at the correct role level.
- The candidate must have 3 years minimum contractor-side mining experience, preferably at Impala Rustenburg or a similar high‑pressure environment.
- Blasting skills.
- Shiftboss ticket.
- M/O ticket.
