In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in fostering a safe work environment while ensuring compliance to environmental protection and radiation policies through education and awareness initiatives. You will develop, implement, and enhance the mine maintenance program, ensure all mine equipment operates efficiently, and supervise the Maintenance Supervisors and Planners with a collaborative spirit. You will have the opportunity to improve training programs and support the professional development of your team. You will maintain a proactive maintenance strategy, assist with budgeting and planning, and manage inventory combined with cost control to optimize operations.
