Responsibilities

• Provide guidance ensuring all work is planned properly, efficiently and thoroughly
• Have a clear understanding of industrial maintenance fundamentals and the risks and benefits of reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance
• Develop and maintain the planning vision, strategies, principles and techniques
• Ensure new equipment is evaluated for maintenance stock inventory requirements and entered into the equipment database
• Lead the change management process, including recognizing, documenting, designing, implementing and validating changes
