ANNUAL PLANNING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in and contribute to the annual business planning to establish extraction and shipment targets.
• Lead the development of annual operational plans covering pit development, ore extraction, delivery, and shipment programs to achieve the annual target in collaboration with concerned departments.
• Lead organizational planning, including the finalization of the table of organization, job descriptions, and manpower requirements aligned with operational targets.
