Position Overview
Senior Mine Engineer – Seabee Gold Operation, SSR Mining Inc. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement mining engineering processes, procedures, and best practices. Support planning, scheduling, ventilation, ground control, services, and projects. Lead infrastructure projects, feasibility studies, equipment procurement, and CAE packages. Create and automate reports, analyze mining data, and provide technical documentation. Support ice road procurement and resupply forecasting. Implement and maintain Deswik.OPs to integrate mid‑range and short‑range plans. Calculate mineable reserves in collaboration with business partners. Identify and implement operational excellence initiatives. Ensure quality standards and adherence to industry design programs. Assist in preparation of medium and long‑range mine plans. Provide safety leadership and promote a high‑risk‑free culture. Perform any other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills
