MIM/CIM NPI Project Engineer — Process & Yield Optimization

DOU YEE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a professional to manage metal injection molding (MIM) and ceramic injection molding (CIM) new product introduction (NPI) projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project deliverables meet quality and performance targets while continuously improving processes.

The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering and has at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
