Pay and Shift Details
The starting pay rate is $45.52 per hour, increasing to $49.83 after three months.
The shift is a continental shift rotation: 5:00AM–5:30PM for two weeks followed by 5:00PM–5:30AM for two weeks, working 14 days out of 28 days per month.
Benefits
All employees on the continental shift receive 4 hours of overtime, 100% paid benefits, and a pension with 5% company contribution.
Responsibilities
- Repair malfunctioning equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, controls, and other machines using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems with associated equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to remove parts, perform inspections, and repairs.
