Overview
Millwright Reporting to the Shop Manager, this position plays an integral role in our manufacturing operation and includes functions such as Assembly, Troubleshooting, Repair and Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Installation & Assembly: Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble and install machinery like Winches, Pumps, Tanks and Robotic systems.
- Precision Alignment: Using specialized tools (e.g., micrometers, lasers, and plumb bobs) to align gears, shafts, and motors.
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Fabrication: Operating machine and hand tools like lathes, mills, drills, grinders to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
- Rigging & Moving: Forklift, Scissor lift to position, mount, install equipment, boilers, winches.
