DynaIndustrial is actively seeking a Millwright Manager for our Saskatoon facility. This individual will be someone who is naturally a strong leader and will report directly to the Production Manager. This will be someone that has the drive, determination and ambition to grow the Millwright department through the effective leadership of their staff and the creative management of the shop. This is someone that leads by example and expects from his/her staff what they themselves demonstrate. This person will be the kind of person that thrives in a role where it takes task management and tenacity to hold their team accountable for on time delivery of quality products and quality services. This person must have a can do attitude and the creative ability to meet company goals, but also accepts responsibility when objectives are not met.
