Millwright Machinery Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the Engineering Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Project Scope prior to project installations.
• Assist with the development of installation timelines identifying all major project requirements and tasks (MS Project/Excel).
• Ensure that correct resources are coordinated for the installations including personnel, equipment, rentals, hotels and other tools as required.
• Ensure that personnel have the required training/certification for the project.
• Plan provision of all required tools, rentals, etc. and coordinate with the customer as appropriate.
• Lead Tool Connex management to ensure tools, equipment and consumables are available; manage inventory of Connex.
• Communicate directly with the customer to ensure timelines, open issues and all required activities are appropriately planned during the installation.
