Mill Reliability Technician /Millwright (Red Seal) (Winnipeg)

Job Summary

The Mill Reliability Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mill assets. This position combines advanced millwrighting skills with reliability-focused maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime, reduce unplanned failures, and support long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliability & Condition Monitoring: Perform routine equipment inspections and condition monitoring using tools such as vibration analyzers, thermography, ultrasound, and laser alignment equipment. Identify equipment degradation trends and report emerging reliability risks. Conduct oil sampling, contamination control, and lubrication route improvements. Participate in reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) or failure mode analysis where required.
