Overview
We are IAMGOLD, a Canadian-based gold mining company with operations and development projects across North America and West Africa. We are actively seeking Mill Operators for our Côté Gold Mine Site to operate, monitor, and control milling and processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mill and processing equipment safely and reliably, ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Follow required procedures, including pre‑operational checks, lock‑out/tag‑out, and safe start‑up and shutdown of equipment.
- Monitor equipment and process conditions, identify faults or inefficiencies, and troubleshoot or report deficiencies as required.
