Mill Operations Control Room Supervisor

New Gold is a Canadian‑focused intermediate gold mining company engaged in the operation, development and exploration of mineral properties. We are seeking a Mill Operations Control Room Supervisor for our Rainy River Mine, an open pit and underground gold and silver producing residential mine site located in northwestern Ontario.

Position Overview

The Mill Operations Control Room Supervisor leads and standardizes operations in the mill control room, providing technical authority for SAG and Ball mill grinding circuits and gold processing. The role focuses on training, mentoring, and supervising Control Room Operators to ensure consistent operating practices, stable process control, and achievement of production and recovery targets, while collaborating with Operations, Metallurgy, Maintenance and Process Control to continually improve mill performance.
