Reporting to the Superintendent, you will lead daily maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. Your experience and problem-solving skills will support efficient production and mentorship of the maintenance team, as you oversee work orders and manage resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise maintenance crews and contractors
• Monitor equipment performance during operations
• Collaborate with teams on preventive maintenance schedules
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct assessments
• Support training and performance evaluations for staff
Requirements:
• Red Seal Industrial Mechanic certification required
• 2-3 years' experience in a mill environment
• Mining industry experience preferred
