Responsibilities

Strategic Planning Collaborate with the product team to establish a prioritized roadmap of customer migrations, considering business objectives and technical requirements. Develop a comprehensive execution plan to facilitate migration activities in partnership with internal and external teams. Project Management Oversee all aspects of the migration program, including timeline development, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management. Implement robust reporting processes to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
