About the Role:
As a Migration Data Analyst at BOQ Group, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer transition to our new Digital Bank. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the entire migration lifecycle — from planning and mapping through to execution, validation, and postmigration review.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will act as a central liaison between product teams, business stakeholders, and technical data specialists. You will translate complex requirements into clear data rules, insights, and solutions that support a seamless migration experience and meet BOQ Group’s regulatory, operational, and customer expectations.
