NSC Staffing has an immediate openings for MIG/Flux Welders in Mansfield, TX. -Background friendly- Shift: 2nd shift, schedule 3:30pm - 12am, Monday - Friday Pay: $18-21/hour depending on experience We are seeking dependable and skilled MIG/Flux welders to join our fabrication team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on unique, made to order metal projects and takes pride in producing strong, clean welds. You will be fabricating everything from structural frames to decorative metalwork, requiring precision, adaptability, and a solid understanding of welding techniques. Key responsibilities include following Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals as required.
