- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for chip personalization software, card readers, and HSM hardware.
- Deliver 2nd level support for Data Generation software and Shopfloor Management solutions.
- Manage and resolve incidents through the service ticketing system, as well as via phone and email support.
- Prepare, deploy, and maintain customer solutions both remotely and onsite.
