Middle Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are hiring a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across the Investment Operations technology portfolio. You will lead ceremonies, manage end-to-end execution across strategic automation and BAU workstreams, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies across Investment Operations workstreams, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate planning and grooming sessions to keep user stories well‑defined, estimated, and prioritized.
• Align Business Analysts, QA, Technology, and business stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain delivery artifacts including project plans and roadmaps, sprint backlogs and Jira boards, RAID logs, and status reports.
