- Full‑Spectrum Support (Tier 1/2/3): Act as the primary technical point of contact, handling everything from basic hardware troubleshooting and access requests to complex system‑wide escalations and root‑cause analysis.
- System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for our Google Workspace and Atlassian environments.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) process, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding through MDM and automated provisioning.
