Job Summary
We are looking for a Middle East Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in overseas hiring, specifically for the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Gulf countries and be familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Middle East positions (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers
